Blueberry Muffins with Cream and Lemon

Milk or cream. I opted for cream.

Butter or vegetable oil. I opted for olive oil.

Fresh blueberries.

Lemon zest.

Twelve? No.

Twenty four? No.

Six? Yes. Six jumbo.

How very lower 48 of me.

    I'm with Nancy on olive oil in baking! it's the only oil I buy anymore! And I'm with you on the cream (and the whole milk!)
