Granola and Firsts

I made granola for the first time on Saturday. Oats. Walnuts. Dark brown sugar. Maple syrup. Olive oil. Salt.

We ate it over greek yogurt, topped with blueberries.

I wonder what took me so long.

Oh, and unsweetened coconut. That's in there as well.
