I cleaned out drawers, organized paper clips by size, put away winter coats. I even scrubbed a basement wall that had one too many scuffs for my liking.
Roberto hosed down the courtyard—washing away the dusty remains of a most abnormal winter.
This tiny episode of pre-spring cleaning leaves me feeling content and re-energized.
the room has a light and airy feel, just that happy orange touch to complement the light coming through the windows... lovely. This year we tackled big things for our spring cleaning: like getting a new HVAC (yikes) and new security outdoor lights. I would have rather had to re-organize my drawers (good for you)
Oh my, even the paper clips. I wish you and Roberto were my roommates.
ReplyDeleteYes, even the paper clips :)
DeleteThat sounds so efficient. We have so much work to do. I did one closet so far. Little by little, Spring is making its way.
ReplyDeleteA spring nest. Little by little is best :)

ReplyDeleteBigger tasks can be just as rewarding. We bought a grill on Sunday but still need to fill the patio with furniture.
