Baby Spinach and Buttons
I could have just put it into a bowl but I transferred it to a smaller pan (just in case). It would be good at room temperature, piled onto some bread.
The savory liquid perfumed with shallot and garlic soaking the crumb, but not enough to penetrate the crust.
This would be good with steak.
