Bowl

Sometimes all it takes is buying a new bowl.

Last week I made pizza with mozzarella and anchovies. Jamie Oliver was right, though. Only use the best spanish anchovies. Lesson learned.

...

Yesterday I tried a new brownie recipe. We could taste the salt crystals. I usually don't use sea salt when I bake. The recipe called for it. I should have gone with my gut. We don't like tasting the salt in our sweets. It's just how we roll.

...

And, smoothies. Yesterday was banana, flax, chamomile. This morning was blueberry and banana. I'm still figuring out the liquid to solid ratio. It's sometimes a bit thicker than I/we like.

...

Ah, and the espresso machine. It's there whenever we need it. I find comfort in that.
