Poach until done

Eggs poached in tomato sauce.

I eat it greedily with bread and a spoon, hunched over the pan. My eyes, desirous.

  2. look at that glorious red--this is close to what I have been thinking of making for brunch. (the israeli version, with spicy peppers and cumin cooked into the sauce)
